Day 5-
Weighed in at 220.2 lbs [Goal: 205 lbs]
Squatted 400lb on last set 3 (+5 pounds on 3x3, good squat week) [Goal: 455 lb x 3]
Wasn’t the best bench day last Monday, but got some good bench work in this week. I expect a good lift Tuesday (Rec is closed Monday, cardio day) [Goal: 295lb x3, 325 one rep max]
Diet was hit and miss. 1 day under my goal of 3400 calories. Didn’t go too far over, and most days were filled with quality food.
